We specialize in car,  bicycle , work, and pedestrian injuries.  These types of injuries are typically covered at 100% by your car insurance and workers compensation insurance.

(Your Oregon auto policy provides medical coverage if you are in your car, on a bike, or a pedestrian. All Oregon non-commercial auto insurance policies have no-fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) health care coverage and law requires a minimum of $15,000 in coverage.)  Workers Compensation is mandatory for all employees.

We are preferred providers with Family Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Regence, LifeWise, PHCS, MODA, & Multiplan.

Every insurer has a different fee schedule (they determine what maximum rate they will pay us for our services.) And your unique plan choice dictates the coverage level of our services. 70-100% is a typical range for being a preferred provider.

Most insurance plans have coverage for ‘out-of-network’ or ‘non-preferred’ providers, that coverage is typically between 60-80%.

We take the time to check on your insurance and give you a full explanation of your coverage if needed.

We understand that people may not have their coverage active when an accident happens. Also, patients may live in Washington state where coverage is not mandatory. Auto & Work Injury Center will work through a lien in these cases so that our patients can focus on getting better and not on how they are going to pay for their care.

We accept attorney’s liens, UCC liens and 3rd party insurance acceptance letters.

Even human resources staff struggle to explain how benefits work and what alternative care options you have. As industry experts, we are happy to fill in the blanks and help you understand how to meet your deductible while getting the care you need.
